I found the staff friendly and helpful. the hotel room was clean and included everything i needed. the rooftop pool for adults featured day beds. They followed the sun. i enjoyed the massive bar.
Noise levels were high. Large groups of teenagers ran through hallways late. playing loud music until 4am made sleep impossible. many guests complained to reception, but control was lacking. ac was poor too.

The breakfast buffet was good. There was a lot of variety.
The noise was a major issue. I could hear everything happening in other rooms, and the cleaning staff made a lot of noise early. the mattress was also not comfortable. it really impacted the sleep quality.

The location rocks. The bus station is super close and the facilities were excellent! my room was amazingly clean, it felt so fresh and new. breakfast was a dream. Such a big variety of yummy choices. i was greeted with a smile and offers of assistance. The staff were very nice.
during my stay, i noticed the glass partition for the toilet and shower didn't provide a great deal of privacy.

The breakfast buffet had everything. Eggs cooked to order, tons of pastries, cereals, and a great selection of fruit. There was an amazing variety of milk too. the restaurant service was top notch, and the food tasted fantastic.

the hotel presents a modern and clean setting. all staff is very friendly and helpful. the value for money is excellent. i enjoyed the fantastic facilities and attentive service. the sky bar staff were particularly amazing, they promptly brought drinks every afternoon.
noise levels were quite loud inside the hotel. it wasn't street noise, but rather other guests making noise. this made it difficult to get decent sleep.
